Biography
In her role as Head of Operations of Rouse SE, Sarha is responsible for managing and monitoring the operations in the Swedish offices. She works closely together with local service heads, the local finance manager, and Group IT to support and facilitate efficient operations as well as ensure alignment with the Rouse Group initiatives on compliance, processes, and structures.
Sarha is also the People Programme Manager for our new People Programme.
