Biography
As a junior associate, Qiongqiong supports the drafting and prosecution of patent applications and working on patent matters in the fields of information and communication Technologies.
She holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Linköping University and brings five years of experience in Chinese patent practice as a qualified Chinese patent agent.
Prior to joining Rouse, she worked in patent practice in China for five years, with a primary focus on electronics and semiconductor technologies. Her experience covers patent drafting and prosecution, patentability and infringement analyses, prior-art searches and communication with inventors in relation to patent filings and related matters. She has advised on patent matters across a broad range of technical areas, including semiconductor devices and fabrication processes, integrated circuits, electronic systems, image processing and related technologies. Her technical background and practical patent experience enable her to assist clients on a wide variety of patent-related issues.
Qiongqiong also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
