Hatty Cui is the General Manager of China, Greater China Head of Trade Marks & Brands, based in Beijing.
Hatty has over 20 years’ experience in intellectual property, is a dual licensed attorney in China and the State of New York, USA. Hatty specializes in brand portfolio build-up and management, brand protection and enforcement, and global portfolio management and protection, serving clients across technology, FMCG, luxury goods, communications, manufacturing, entertainment, hospitality, and finance.
With a deep understanding of Chinese and international IP legal environments, Hatty has advised numerous top multinational companies entering China, leading teams handling complex cases, including those recognized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration as "Typical Trademark Review Cases of the Year."
