Adelaide is a Principal based in the Hong Kong SAR office.

Her practice covers the enforcement and protection of IP rights, including trade marks, copyrights, patents, and registered designs in Hong Kong SAR.  

Adelaide has extensive experience handling infringement cases involving mainland China and Hong Kong SAR and works closely with Hong Kong Customs on criminal enforcement matters. She advises clients on regional enforcement strategies and has a strong track record in managing complex IP litigation, administrative and criminal raids, and customs seizures. She also advises clients on data protection issues.
