Rouse has one of the leading intellectual property practices in Vietnam. Our practice was first established in the late 1990s and has offices both in the capital, Hanoi, and principal commercial hub, Ho Chi Minh City. We have a total staff of over 50 people, including Vietnamese and foreign lawyers as well as patent and trade mark attorneys.

We act for many of the world’s leading companies on all aspects of their IP registration, acquisition and commercialisation. Our litigation and enforcement teams have advised a wide range of cases from brand protection to the enforcement of high technology patents and pharmaceuticals. Our commercial teams provide advice on a wide range of issues, including market entry, digital commerce, data privacy and cyber security issues.
