Biography
Whitney is a Consultant based in our Guangzhou office.
Whitney specialises in intelligence gathering and analysis. Prior to joining the IP industry in 2019, Whitney’s focus was commercial investigation. Here, she gained rich experience in commercial investigations, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, fraud investigations, anti-bribery, and vendor screening. She has independently managed supplier vetting and vendor screening projects for many reputed brands. She has also participated in several pre-IPO due diligence cases.
At Rouse she continues to leverage her strong research skills to assist clients on investigation & analysis projects related to trademark & software infringement, as well as software piracy.
