Samdisha Sahni is the Evidence Services Manager at Rouse.
Samdisha is leading intellectual property (IP) investigations in Indonesia and several key Southeast Asian markets. With six years of experience at Rouse, she oversees both complex offline investigations and large-scale online monitoring programs.
At Rouse, Samdisha manages a team of in-house investigators and ensures seamless client communication throughout the enforcement process. Her expertise spans online and offline IP investigations, counterfeit detection, test purchases, supply chain and market mapping, as well as enforcement coordination. She has handled a wide range of matters, enabling clients to take decisive enforcement actions through clear investigative insights and practical strategies.
Before joining Rouse, she gained professional experience in retail, real estate, and professional services, which provides her with a broad perspective on industry practices and the nuances that shape investigative strategies.
By combining investigative insights, OSINT, and commercial awareness, Samdisha works closely with Rouse’s enforcement and litigation teams to help clients protect and enforce their IP in Southeast Asia’s challenging markets.
