He has managed trade mark portfolios for overseas and domestic Chinese organisations covering a wide spectrum of industries. He has provided pre-filing and clearance brand advice, prosecuted numerous cases before the Chinese trade mark authorities, acted in administrative and civil litigation before the courts, enforced rights at the local authorities and customs.
