Jing Wang-Winter is the China Head of Consultancy, based in Shanghai.

Jing has over 25 years’ experience in strategy and management consulting, serving clients primarily in the technology, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors. She provides the entire spectrum from R&D planning to technology commercialization. Previously, she held senior management positions at major multinational companies, including Bosch, Continental Group, and Federal Mogul (USA).

Jing specializes in strategic planning, organizational and process optimization, innovation management, brand operation, and technology commercialization. She possesses rich experience in R&D planning, product development and management, mergers and acquisitions integration, as well as market positioning and its market deployment. Jing also excels at integrating a global perspective with local practices, successfully assisting multiple multinational enterprises in establishing their business systems in China and the Asia-Pacific region.

Jing has been recognized for her expertise in IP strategy and management, serving as a “Foreign-related IP Matter Expert” by the Ningbo IP Protection Center and as a mentor in “Beijing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intellectual Property Service Mentor Directory”.
