The Myanmar draft laws on Patent, Industrial Design and Trade Mark have been released on July 24, 2017 and have been partially published in newspapers on July 27 and 28, 2017 (Industrial Design) to enable public consultation. The three draft laws have now formally been introduced to the Parliament.
